Microsoft | Sofware | How to SIM Unlock Samsung Galaxy GT-I9505 S4 For Free | Imagine a scenario where you are traveling abroad and want to use another network SIM card, only to find that you can not lock due to carrier. Unlocking can really save you from quite a few hassles and tight spots.
As a rule, you can get almost any device unlocked by paying a small fee directly to the operator, or to some online services that will let you buy IMEI unlock. However, in my personal experience, nothing beats the feeling of doing the process yourself, and save those precious dollars in the process. Samsung, in general, have more relaxed to let users carry out network / SIM unlock on their own devices, provided they know the right steps to follow. Previously, we brought you a tutorial on how to carrier unlock the Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II quite easily without special tools. Today, we will walk you through the unlocking of Sammy's new flagship, the GT-I9505 Galaxy S4.
Before we continue, please be advised that the usual disclaimer applies. Tinkering key carrier risky business, and more complicated than your average Android modding. Follow these instructions carefully on its own. Redmond Pie can not be held liable for any damages caused by following this method. Also, this method applies to the GT-I9505 only, and not for the other variants of the Galaxy S4.
- Step 1: Launch the Phone application on your Galaxy S4, and dial: * # 0011 #
- Step 2: Press the Menu button followed by the Return key. Then, press the Menu key again and select INPUT KEY. Enter 1 and press the OK button to enter ServiceMode.
- Step 3: Press Menu again and press return again. This will raise the Main Menu to ServiceMode. Press [1] UMTS.
- Step 4: Now select [1] DEBUG SCREEN, followed by [6] PHONE CONTROL.
- Step 5: From the next screen, select [6] NETWORK LOCK.
- Step 6: You will get three options. Press the one that says [3] PERSO SHA256 OFF.
- Step 7: Now, you need to get back to the Main Menu. To do this, press the Menu key followed by the Return key. On the Main Menu, now select [6] GENERAL, and then [6] NV REBUILD.
- Step 8: The phone will tell you that the Golden Backup there. Press [4] Restore Back-up.
Your device will now go through a series of "conditions", which will freeze first, then get the black screen with Blue LEDs and two capacitive buttons, after which it will reboot automatically. The entire cycle may take several minutes, so be patient. After the power came back, opened the network, permanently.

Samsung Galaxy S4 can be unlocked safely ,easily and permanently using unlock code . We can get the unlock code from our service provider or from online sites like OnlineGSMUnlock.com . This method of using unlock codes to unlock the phone won't void its warranty. Whereas using software and applications to unlock will void the warranty and may damage the phone permanently if not used properly.
Its cool to use Samsung Galaxy S4 GT I9505, but how i can, as my phone is locked. How i unlock it? i have seen low-cost unlock codes offer on safeunlockcode.com...is it will be fine to buy code from them.
