First, open the Control Panel, change the view to be small menu icon and click Region and Language.
After that click the Keyboard and Languages tab and click Change Keyboards ...
This will bring up the window Text Services and Input Languages, on the General tab and click Add
In the Add Input Language window select the keyboard layout that you want and check, then click OK.
To select the keyboard layout, press Ctrl + Alt + Del and in the upper left corner of the screen to select the keyboard layout.
While to remove the keyboard layout, select a keyboard layout and click the Remove button. Finally click Apply and OK
