To change the home screen background the same as the desktop (or pics):- charm menu-> settings
- personalized, then you can see the desktop wallpaper as an option.
- select it.
To use the new background, just select the background you want to use by left clicking once on it. You can also change the color of the text displayed on the home screen by choosing different colors of lines in the box below background options.
