How to Connect People Application Account in Windows 8
First, open the People app in Windows 8 and search for the contact you want to connect.
After that click the contact to open, right-click on the free area and select Link.
Then the contact will be open and there will be a suggestion if the contact information of your friends there that are similar, if not you can click on the Choose a contact.
And a contact with the same friends contact your friends and click Add.
You will return to the menu link and click the icon in the upper right corner of the Save.
Now you can get a contact with two different contact accounts.
