Step 5: On the right side, double-click on PackageRoot and change the default value of the data to the location of the SD memory card. We recommend that you create a new folder under the root of the SD card and insert the folder path so that you can use the SD card to store other files too. Ie, create a folder named WinApps on SD card, insert G: \ WinApps (replace "G" to the SD card drive letter) as the location of the data value in the box.

Closing programs and RegOwnershipEx Registry Editor, and then reboot your PC. Now every time you install a new application store, Windows 8 will install them on the SD card.
