How to Quickly Erase Clipboard in Windows
First of all download and extract the file below.

This will bring up the registry file, right click on the file and select Merge.
Then would the User Account Control window appears, click Yes if you agree to add a new registry to the Windows Registry.
Then another window would appear asking if you really want to add a new registry, click Yes.
When the Registry Editor window as shown below appears, it means that the registry has been successfully added to the Windows Registry. Now you can try right-clicking to see if Clear Clipboard has been added.
If you want to eliminate the right-click menu in the clipboard, simply download the zip file below and extract the file.

Then right click on the registry menu and select Merge.
Once the Registry Edito window would appear asking if you really want to add a new registry, click Yes.
If successfully added to the registry window will appear as below and click OK.
Now Clear Clipboard menu on right click is gone.
